Our approach to leadership development and employee surveys is based upon three principles:

What is important to measure is often idiosyncratic to the company's culture.   For instance, when a company has stated values, principles, or beliefs, such dimensions are important to measure in the employee and leadership surveys.
The most valid comparison of results for a company (or an individual) is with its own past results.
