Our approach to the information gathering business is to manage for 100% success rate in data integrity, quality, and confidentiality.   We treat every report generated with the same care as if it were our own data.   Nothing less than 100% accuracy rate is acceptable.  

Our Internet service is protected by a physical firewall.   No one can break into our system.   We are able to achieve this by using a strategic partner as the site where responses are first collected.  Passwords are required to enter any survey data.   We then download the data to our own computers on a frequent basis.   Therefore, no hacker can gain access to our analysis and report generating system.
