Visual Report Format
The report is organized into a series of sub-reports that examine the bigger, more general picture first. By starting with more general data, the intent is to identify patterns and themes that may help the target person later when this person examines the more detailed data that follows.
- Summary of Reports provides an overview of the results. You can view the mean scores for each sub-category and all sub-categories added together.
- Gap Analysis compares the target person’s scores with those of the various types of raters (i.e., direct report, peer, manager).
- Sub Category Comparison by Rater Type further divides the sub-category mean scores into averages for each rater type.
- Highest and Lowest Average Scores provide the behaviors receiving the highest scores and those behaviors receiving the lowest scores from all of the items in the 360 survey.
- Question Rater Detail by Rater Type provides the detailed results for each of the behaviors that make up the leadership report. This section offers much richer data because it allows the target person to see what underlies the mean score for each item.
- Written comments offer unedited comments that stakeholders chose to write after completing the behavioral items in the survey.
Usually, the most important information in a 360° Feedback Report is found in the Question Detail and the Written Comments.
